Key-results of the Digital Service Officer
- Deliver first-line support (tickets, user queries, incident logging).
- Resolve basic hardware and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Prepare onboarding and offboarding (accounts, access, and devices).
- Forward hardware purchase requests to Procurement.
- Maintain and update the hardware asset inventory.
- Escalate complex issues to medior/senior team members.
- Document procedures as clear, simple work instructions
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 1-2 Years of experience in IT Support
- Familiarity with ticketing/service desk tools is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and end-user devices.
- A reliable and accurate team player who is eager to learn and works proactively with others.
- Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English: knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
- Strong intercultural awareness and sensitivity skills with the ability to work in an international environment within a people-oriented organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure, including good multi-tasking skills.
