As the Manager of Information Management at Bilthoven Biologicals, you will shape the digital future of the organization by translating the company strategy into a modern ICT strategy with a focus on digitalization, Pharma 4.0, cloud solutions, and information security. With your vision and experience, you will ensure that business processes are supported by validated information systems. In this role, you will play a key part in renewing the IT landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Goals: Contribute to the overall strategic policy of BBio and translate the company strategy into an ICT strategy.
- IT Governance: Develop and maintain a robust information security policy and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GAMP5.
- Innovation: Identify and implement new trends and technologies that contribute to BBio’s objectives, aiming to achieve the transition to Pharma 4.0.
- Cloud Technology: Integrate and optimize cloud solutions within BBio’s IT landscape to enhance flexibility, scalability, and efficiency.
- Financial Management: Prepare and monitor the annual budget and costs for outsourced services.
- Service Continuity: Ensure the availability and reliability of information systems through lifecycle plans and Service Level Agreements.
- Projects: Contribute to the establishment of the project portfolio and act as the sponsor for IM projects.
- Leadership: Coach and motivate a team of approximately 15 employees, ensure their development, and conduct performance and evaluation discussions.
To be successful in this position:
The Manager of Information Management who will make a difference at BBio has:
- A higher vocational or academic level of education and thinking, preferably in Business Informatics.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT management.
- In-depth knowledge of, and experience with, integral management in a complex professional production organization.
- Strong skills in developing strategic policies and work programs.
- Excellent knowledge of technological developments relevant to the organization, with the aim of achieving the transition to Pharma 4.0.
- Experience with cloud technology and integrating cloud solutions into an IT landscape.
