Due to the growth of NewCold we have been asked to recruit a Project Manager Logistic Software.

The Project Manager is responsible for gathering and prioritizing all customer requirements for an operational project in order to deliver a working product. The primary responsibility lies in defining a clear vision that aligns the customer demands with the goals of the different engineering teams, while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes. 
Within the operational project the Project Manager manages a group of Product Consultants and a group of value stream owners, each with their different value stream demands.

What will you do?

• You will define the different customer’s needs, and define the total product strategy and roadmap
• You will develop a Scoping plan - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer 
• You will define and iterate the different products / modules within the project
• You will closely manage the product scope to get the product launched on time and within budget
• You will manage and oversee testing of the complete solution, evaluate test results, interact with the customer and the product engineering teams 
• You will execute regular reviews with the customer to assess that the product meets the customer's expectations
• You will manage and oversee the implementation of the product
• You will handover product to the local operations team

• You have a bachelor degree
• You are knowledgeable of logistics / warehouse management / supply chain processes
• You are preferably experienced in WMS / Logistics software implementation / Operations Management
• You display leadership skills and are a very good communicator
• You are willing to travel frequently within Europe
• You are highly proficient in English, any other European language is a plus
