We are looking for an ITIL Process Service Manager at MUFG Bank Europe’s Amsterdam office.

Profile ITIL Process Service Manager @MUFG Bank Europe

As an ITIL Process Service Manager you will design, implement, monitor and continuously improve all aspects of ITIL Process and Service Management in line with agreed procedures, service standards and business requirements. It is expected that this tactical role to design, implement and secure the ITIL processes will in time be combined with ITIL service management as well

Essential tasks:
• Ownership of all ITIL processes
• Ownership of the service level management processes and continuous service improvement processes
• Maintain positive auditable posture for assigned processes and all IT Services processes
• Assure compliance by implementation, monitoring and improving the processes
• Chair the Operational Board meetings
• Manage 1st LoD risk and issues related to assigned processes

Ideal IT Service Process Manager

The ideal IT Service Process Manager recognises him/her self in the following profile:

  • IT Bachelor level
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL 3/4 processes
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow – primarily on reporting and dashboarding
  • Excellent analytic process skills
  • Excellent knowledge of project management (PMP/Prince2) and good planning skills
  • Service / customer / process oriented
  • Good Communication
  • Good interpersonal skills, team focused, well-organized, organization-sensitive and awareness
  • Excellent command of the English language in word and writing.

MUFG Bank Europe N.V. offers

Maximum salary of € 70.000 plus bonus
