As an IT Operations Manager CRM you are the intermediate between the distributors, their business partners and the IT technology partners. You have good understanding and experience to determine the required support to solve often complex multidisciplinary business needs.
Your principal accountabilities
• Manage a team of 3 application analysts
• Understand the business needs and prioritize business / change request
• Monitor business applications and pro-actively signal improvements
• Define, design and guide development of new functionalities
• Manage external consultants / parties
• Manage projects
The ideal IT Operations Manager
• Ability to communicate on a professional level with stakeholders on an operational and tactical level
• Experienced project manager and experienced in Agile / Scrum / Kanban
• Willingness to infrequently travel
Yamaha offers:
- € 60 to € 75K
- First contract will be temporary, with the intention of an indefinite contract;
