In the heart of North Brabant, NewCold is presently developing a cutting-edge facility in Dinteloord. We have been asked to recruit a WMS Application Administrator for this spectacular facility.

The WMS Application Administrator for the Dinteloord facility, will be responsible for the WMS application and IT. You will maintain and improve a WMS and IT strategy to support your internal colleagues as well as the new and existing customers.

What will you do?

• Implement, maintain and improve the WMS application
• Ensure IT and software systems are kept up to date and are monitored for any faults
• Solve issues, software and hardware, and if needed escalate them to the appropriate IT service provider
• Train and support all internal and external WMS users
• Install and maintain hardware products (desktops, forklift screens, servers, telephony, WMS equipment)
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

First and foremost NewCold is looking for a clever and eager professional who is willing to learn.

You are either:

1. an IT servicedesk or IT helpdesk professional who is interested in logistics and IT
2. or a logistics - warehouse professional who is eager to pursue a IT career

• You are fluent in English language and mastering the Dutch language is preferable.
• Knowledge of logistic / WMS processes and software are appreciated.
