FSSC employs over 50 professionals, half of them work from the Netherlands, the rest from other locations around the world.
We are currently recruiting for FSSC for the vacancy for a Process Administrations Officer (Integrity Program Officer).
Vacancy of Integrity Program Officer
The Process Administrations Officer (IP Officer) is responsible for a number of clients worldwide.
The IP Officer’s main task / duty is supporting the Integrity Program Manager (IP Manager) with the implementation of the Integrity Program. The IP Officer supports the Integrity Program activities applicable to their allocated clients. These activities include planning, monitoring processes and follow-up activities, as well as preparation of reports, performance evaluations, exemptions, licensing and sanctions. Key in this role is communication with clients.
An important aspect in this respect is helping clients understand compliance and performance expectations.
The IP Officer also supports, and is involved in, continual improvement projects related to the Integrity Program.
Key Activities
- Supporting the operational implementation of the Integrity Program;
- Serving as first point of communication with allocated clients;
- Coordinating activities relating to the Compliance and Performance processes;
- Supporting the Certification Integrity team with all activities related to the monitoring of clients;
- Participating in the development of required systems for data analysis and tracking;
- Investigating and following up on complaints and serious situations;
- Participating in webinars, conferences, harmonization activities and calibration meetings;
- Supporting the IP Manager with continual improvement projects;
- Communicating internally with the global FSSC team and IP team, and externally with industry organizations and other national and international bodies;
- Processing information and providing support for any IP related issues in the platforms.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Proficiency, both written and spoken, of English at a high level;
- The following are preferred but not essential:
- Experience of certification, quality management, and food safety standards;
- Knowledge and working experience with online databases or other information systems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Ability to
- analyse information and propose/implement improvements;
- solve problems and make decisions;
- work independently and within a team;
- Intercultural awareness and sensitivity.
