Fiserv, the mother organization is a Top 500 company, with a total of more than 25.000 employees. The Fraud & Compliance business unit is the result of a recent strategic reorganization of three Fiserv companies: NetEconomy, Carreker and Imagesoft and consists of about 120 employees of which about 65 are working in Den Haag. Job description vacancy Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager is the intermediary between the development team and the product managers. Your main responsibility is detailing high-level business requirements by creating a functional design that can be used by a team of software engineers for developing the software. You are also involved in sales support where detailed product knowledge is needed. New releases, changes and patches require your attention. The projects all concern existing software for bank employee fraud and reporting tools for country specific criteria. During the process of development, the Technical Product Manager will function as a project lead to the software engineers.

Ideal Technical Product Manager

A Bachelor or Master degree in IT
A minimum of 5 years of working experience with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role
Experience in designing
Experience with UML, RUP and Rational Rose
Knowledge of SQL
Strong functional and analytical skills
Excellent command of English and preferably Dutch, both verbal and written
Driven and enthusiastic
