Sr. Java Application Architect

Infor is the 9th largest software developer in the world, and is the 3rd largest ERP developing company in the world.
Until recent Infor has developed its products in a 4GL language. Infor has now made the strategic decision to give priority to developing new modules and products in the Java environment. As a result, there have been appointed worldwide a few exclusive teams. One of these teams is located in Barneveld. Its goal is to develop from scratch a SOA based project management tool (module) which will be marketed worldwide. The team will exist of the Manager, who will manage the team and is responsible for the technical realisation, one Business Analyst, one Sr. Java Application Architect, who is responsible for the completely new tool / module, and about 13 Java Developers. In total some 350 technical specialists are working for Infor Barneveld.

· You will analyze complex technical specifications and translate them into proven software solutions.
· You will provide input into the application architecture and development technologies.
· You will provide input and lead effort to build performance and usability in the product.
· You will mentor and direct other members of the development team where required.
· You will work with other worldwide development teams to ensure seamless integration with other Infor products.

· You have a minimum of 4 years experience working with Java based technologies
· You have advanced knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
· You have advanced knowledge of architecture of software applications
· You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must
