Job Description for vacancy IT Helpdesk Representative
As an IT Helpdesk Representative you will solve general IT issues in areas like software, network, security, ERP, VPN connections etc., by telephone and online tools. If required you will transfer calls or online requests to the appropriate system specialists. You will actively share knowledge and inform the customers about issues and developments. You will make use of internal procedures and company software.
The customers are located mainly in EMEA at the various LGE subsidiaries. In this position you will work closely with system specialists of the European IT Centre and Head Quarters in Korea.

Ideal IT Helpdesk Representative
For the vacancy of IT Helpdesk Representative we would like to get in touch with candidates who meet the following requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a helpdesk environment
· Good problem solving skills, excellent listening skills and a service-oriented attitude
· Outstanding communication skills with people from various nationalities
· Excellent analytical skills
· Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure
· Good team player
· Fluent in English and Korean
